I tried out Muay Thai yesterday with my boyfriend; he's a member of
TKMT and I thought I'd try it out because it sounded like fun. I have to pay a lot of attention to my feet (they do strange things, apparently), but it was a blast, and I think I'm going to join. The warm up was pretty crazy; kind of "Insanity-esque", but not too bad. It definitely gets you all warmed up for the rest of the class. I'm not in the best of shape right now, hence why I'm pretty sore today, but hopefully I'll be fine by tomorrow so I can do it all over again!
