I'm feeling really stressed out today so I decided to treat myself with some health magazines (they'll keep me entertained for a few months), and make a mug of chamomile tea.
I went running yesterday after like a 2 week hiatus, and my left hip/knee is not happy with me. I've been finding lately that after running, I get pains in my left leg that are not muscle pains from lack of stretching, but rather something like a ligament weakness. Hmm. It could be that my running form has gotten sloppy, and is less than perfectly aligned. When that is the case, I take a few days off running and something else instead, like Yoga. BAH, you all know how much I love running now... I may try to go anyway.
